Love & Legacy Gala: Vendor Terms & Conditions

By applying to be a vendor at the Love & Legacy Gala, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms are designed to ensure a smooth and successful event for all participants.

1. Event Details

  • Event Name: Love & Legacy Gala
  • Date: Sunday, June 7, 2026]
  • Location: VFW, 1824 Victory Drive, Columbus GA 31901


2. Vendor Space

  • All vendor spaces are OUTDOOR.
  • Vendors are responsible for providing their own tables, chairs, tents, and any other necessary display equipment.
  • Space dimensions will be confirmed upon approval. Vendors must operate within their assigned space.


3. Application & Payment

  • Completion of the online vendor application form is required.
  • All applications are subject to review and approval by the Love & Legacy Gala organizers.
  • Upon approval, a vendor fee of $30 is due by May 15, 2026. Failure to pay by the deadline may result in forfeiture of your space.
  • Payment details will be provided upon approval.


4. Products & Services

  • Vendors may only sell or promote products and services as approved in their application.
  • The Love & Legacy Gala reserves the right to prohibit the sale or display of any items deemed inappropriate or not aligned with the event's theme and standards.


5. Setup & Teardown

  • Specific setup and teardown times will be communicated to approved vendors. Adherence to these times is mandatory.
  • Vendors must ensure their area is clean and free of debris upon departure.


6. Insurance & Liability

  • Vendors are responsible for their own liability insurance.
  • The Love & Legacy Gala, its organizers, sponsors, and venue are not responsible for any loss, damage, or injury incurred by vendors or the property during the event.


7. Cancellation Policy

  • Vendor fees are non-refundable
  • In the event of unforeseen circumstances (e.g., extreme weather, force majeure) leading to event cancellation or postponement, vendors will be notified promptly.


8. Compliance

  • Vendors must comply with all local, state, and federal laws, regulations, and permits, including health and safety codes.
  • Vendors must adhere to all instructions from Love & Legacy Gala staff during the event.
